Uploading Images
File Type
The preferred file types are .jpg or .tiff. PDF Files will also work.
If you are uploading images directly from your digital camera, we only ask that you do not use the smallest format setting. We cannot use Publisher or Corel Draw files. If your images are in these formats you will have to convert them to PDF files.
Resolution
We recommend that all images used are at least 300dpi. Submitting files with a lower resolution than 300dpi can make the image look pixilated and blurry.
Should I crop pictures before uploading?
It is best not to crop before uploading into the template, you will be able to make adjustments in the template so that your image fits properly.
Can I change the text that is on the template?
We have set up the templates so that they will allow you to enter whatever text you like. The elements on the preview are only to provide you with ideas and to show you where the text fields are.
What if I need a card for an occasion not listed on your website?
No problem! If you have a special interest or occasion that we missed, give us a call or email and we can figure out the best way to approach your project.

How long will it take to get my cards
As a rule of thumb, most orders ship about 10 business days after being placed.
We normally ship via Priority Mail through the US Post Office so that tracking is available for all shipments within the US. We can also ship via Federal Express if requested, but overnight shipping can be very expensive so we do not recommend it unless absolutely necessary.
